AI question generator
Fill your question bank in minutes, not hours
Paste a topic, a lesson or a PDF and let AI draft a full set of quiz questions straight into your Question Bank — single-choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank and more. You stay in control: review, edit and keep the best before any exam imports them.
- A topic, a lesson or a PDF
- Every question reviewed before use
- Metered by your AI allowance
A question bank that fills itself
Fast drafts, honest limits, and a human review on every generated question.
From topic to bank
A full bank of questions in four steps
No blank page. Describe what you need, or hand over what you already have.
Pick a category
Choose the Question Bank category the generated questions should land in.
Describe it, or upload it
Type a prompt — the topic, style and difficulty — or upload a Word, PDF or Markdown lesson instead.
Choose your counts, generate
Set how many of each question type you want, then let the AI draft them in the background.
Review & keep the best
Generated questions land in the bank flagged for review — approve, edit or discard before an exam ever uses them.
Two sources
Start from a prompt, or from what you already have
Type an instruction — the topic, the angle, the difficulty — or upload a lesson document you already teach from. Either way, the text is extracted and turned into a structured set of questions, filed straight into the category you chose.
- A free-text prompt: topic, style, difficulty
- Word, PDF or Markdown documents
- Text extracted safely, never the raw file sent
- Every source kept on the run for later reference
Your types, your counts
Choose exactly what you need, per type
Set a count for each text-friendly question type — as many single-choice as you like, a handful of true/false, a few fill-in-the-blanks — and the AI writes exactly that mix. Image-based question types stay a manual, deliberate step in the bank editor.
- Single choice & multiple response
- True/false, ordering & matching
- Fill-in-the-blank, cloze & numeric
- Image-based types stay manual, by design
Drafted, not blind-trusted
Every generated question is flagged for review
Generated questions land in the bank tagged "AI-generated" and validated by the same rules as questions you write by hand. Nothing is ever published to an exam straight out of a run — filter to the AI-generated view, read them over, tweak the wording, and keep only what earns its place.
- Tagged "AI-generated" for easy filtering
- Validated by the same rules as manual questions
- Edit or discard before any exam imports it
- A partial result is normal — the run tells you why
Two ways to start
Prompt mode or document mode — your call
Some topics are easier to describe; some you already have written down. Both land in the same reviewable bank.
Describe the topic in your own words
Type the subject, the angle and the difficulty you want — as loose or as detailed as you like — and the AI drafts questions from your description alone.
Hand over a lesson you already have
Upload a Word, PDF or Markdown file — a handout, a chapter, a set of notes — and the AI reads the extracted text to write questions grounded in your own material.
Metered, not unlimited
A generous free allowance, then pay for what you use
Every run is capped so a mistake never runs away with your budget, and billed from the same AI allowance as the rest of your academy — no surprise invoices.
In every run
What comes with every generation
The full pipeline — targeting, sourcing, bounding and reviewing — built into one page.
Category targeting
Pick the exact Question Bank category the questions are filed into.
Prompt or document
Start from free text or an uploaded Word, PDF or Markdown file.
Text-friendly types
Every type a model can reliably write — none of the image-based guesswork.
Per-type counts
Ask for exactly how many of each type, up to a sensible per-run cap.
Run history
Every generation kept as a conversation — what was asked, and what it produced.
Flagged for review
Generated questions are tagged for review, never auto-published to an exam.
Metered by AI credits
Billed from the same allowance as the rest of your academy's AI features.
Safe, structured output
No chain-of-thought, no provider internals — just validated questions and a clean summary.
All included
Everything ships with every plan
No add-on to unlock the generator itself — just your AI allowance and a category to fill.
From a fresh bank to a finished exam

The bank fills up while you teach
Real feedback from academies that stopped writing every question by hand.
I uploaded a chapter I already teach from and had thirty reviewed questions in the bank before my coffee went cold.
The per-type counts are exactly what I needed — ten single-choice, five true/false, done. I just skim and approve.
Being able to see accepted versus rejected on every run made it easy to trust — nothing goes to an exam without my eyes on it first.
Questions, answered
Frequently asked questions
Never. Every generated question is filed into your bank flagged "AI-generated" for review. Exams only import questions your staff has already reviewed and kept — nothing publishes itself.
The run stops cleanly and shows a clear "AI allowance used up" message with a buy-more or upgrade option — you're never charged for a run that couldn't complete.
Word, PDF and Markdown lessons. The text is extracted safely on our side and only that extracted, size-bounded text is sent for generation — never the raw file.
Types like hotspot or image-drag need a background image a model can't reliably author. The generator sticks to the text-friendly types it can get right, and you attach images manually afterwards if you need to.
A partial result is completely normal — malformed items are rejected by the same validation as manual questions, and the run tells you exactly how many were accepted versus rejected.
Only the validated questions and a short, safe run summary are stored — no chain-of-thought and no provider internals ever touch your history.
