Academic structure

Organize your academy the way real institutions teach colleges, specializations, stages and classrooms

Give your course catalogue a real academic backbone. Build colleges and specializations for degree-style programmes, study stages for levels, and a classroom tree up to four levels deep for schools and training tracks — then file every course and lesson exactly where it belongs.

  • Colleges, specializations & study stages
  • A classroom tree up to 4 levels deep
  • Bilingual names on every node

One structure, every course in its place

Academic structure ships free with every academy — build it once, then file courses, content and reports against it.

4 Building blocks — colleges, specializations, stages, classrooms
4 Levels deep — a full classroom tree
100% Bilingual names, on every node
Unlimited Colleges, classes & levels — no caps

From blank slate to full curriculum

Your academic structure, in four steps

Build the backbone once — every course, subject and report then files itself into place.

Step 1

Create your colleges or classes

Start with colleges and institutes for degree-style programmes, or a classroom tree for school and training tracks — pick what matches how you teach.

Step 2

Add specializations & study stages

Under each college, add the specializations it offers and the study stages — the years or phases students move through.

Step 3

Nest classrooms up to four levels

Build a classroom tree — stage, grade, section — up to four levels deep, each with its own branch, icon and colour.

Step 4

File courses & materials

Every course, subject and educational material now files under the right college, specialization, stage or classroom.

Colleges & institutes

Model degree-style programmes with colleges

Stand up a College of Business or an Institute of Languages in minutes. Each college carries a bilingual name, a kind — college or institute — the branch it runs at, an icon and a colour, and a live count of the specializations and stages filed beneath it.

  • Bilingual name, icon and colour per college
  • College or institute — one flexible kind
  • Tied to the branch it operates at
  • Live specialization & stage counts
Compare the two structures

Specializations & study stages

Two lists, one college — majors and years

Specializations are the majors a college teaches — Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering — each with an optional programme length. Study stages are the years or phases students pass through — First Year, Second Year. Keep both lists ordered, bilingual and ready to tag.

  • Specializations with an optional duration
  • Study stages ordered by year or phase
  • Both filed under the right college
  • Educational materials can tag either one

Classroom tree

A classroom tree, up to four levels deep

Prefer a school or training-track structure? Build a classroom tree instead — Primary Stage, then Grade 1, then a section — up to four levels, each with its own branch, icon and colour, and a live breadcrumb so staff always know where they are.

  • Up to four nested levels per branch
  • A breadcrumb that always shows the path
  • Reorder or move a class in one action
  • Guarded delete — never orphan a level

Two structures, one platform

Pick the shape that matches how you teach

Run a higher-ed style academy, a school, or a training centre — the structure adapts, side by side if you like.

Degree-style programmes

Colleges hold specializations and study stages — the shape of a university, an institute, or any programme with majors and years.

More in every node

Everything an academic node needs

The details that turn a plain list into a real, searchable academic structure.

Bilingual by default

Every college, specialization, stage and classroom carries a name in every language your academy speaks.

Icon & colour

Give each node its own icon and accent colour so the card board reads at a glance.

Branch-aware

Tie a college or classroom to the branch it runs at, or leave it academy-wide.

Publish or hide

Hide a node while you set it up, then publish it the moment it's ready.

Live counts

Specialization, stage, child and material counts update the moment something is filed.

Auto-numbered codes

Every node mints a stable code — CLG, SPC, STG, CLS — the key everything else references.

Drill-down boards

Card grids and a breadcrumb, not spreadsheets — descend a classroom tree level by level.

Guarded delete

A node with children or materials can't be deleted by accident — hide it instead.

All included

Your full academic backbone, out of the box

No separate module to buy. Every academy ships with the complete structure, ready to organize your courses from day one.

Academies rely on it

Institutions that finally have a real structure

From language institutes to training centres, staff who stopped organizing courses by hand.

We run four colleges and a dozen specializations online — the structure keeps every course filed exactly where students expect it.

Our classroom tree mirrors our real grades — Primary, Grade 1, Grade 2 — and materials just land in the right place.

Bilingual names meant we didn't need a separate Arabic site — one structure, both languages, done.

Questions

What academies ask about the structure

Neither is required and both can run side by side. Use colleges and specializations for degree-style programmes with majors, and a classroom tree for school- or training-style levels — pick whichever matches how you teach, or use both.

Up to four levels — for example Primary Stage, then Grade 1, then Section A. The platform blocks a move or an add that would go deeper, and a class can never become its own parent.

Yes, once it has no specializations, stages, children or materials filed under it. Otherwise the delete is blocked with a message naming what's still attached — hide it instead.

Every college, specialization, stage and classroom carries a name — and an optional description — in every language your academy supports, with no separate site to maintain.

An ordered year or phase inside a college — First Year, Second Year, and so on. Educational materials can optionally be tagged with a stage so the curriculum reads year by year.

Yes — reorder or reparent a classroom in one action. The platform recomputes its position and its children's automatically, and rejects any move that would break the four-level cap.
